After traveling the Seven Seas for 21 years, I retired from the Navy as a Chief Petty Officer. Once retired I started my 2nd career building aircraft carriers. Even though I was a BT/MM in the Navy, I have always enjoyed cooking since I was a young lad. While at the shipyard I decided to use my GI Bill benefits and enrolled in Chef's school. Then when a co-worker and I got into discussion one day about how his father makes sausage and sells it I decided I would look into it. So my curiosity was sparked. After investigating the process of making sausage, I decided that I wanted to get into this business. In 2017 I started up Pork and More on a whim and have been enjoying it ever since.
